RESPECTING ORIGINAL WORK.

Your design.
Your responsibility.

This policy explains how customer-submitted designs may be used, the rights you confirm when submitting artwork, and how SOGUE protects its own and third-party intellectual property.

SOGUE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTYCreate responsibly.
Respect every right.

Use only artwork, logos, and images you own or are authorized to reproduce.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Creative ownership.
Clear permissions.

By accessing or using our website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to these terms. The final details for a specific order are confirmed in the applicable quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or other written agreement.

Custom-made products

Items are produced according to the specifications and design details agreed for your order.

Review before production

Check your quotation, sizes, names, numbers, and approved design carefully before production begins.

Need help?

Contact our team if you have questions about a product, quote, or existing order.

1. Your Submitted Designs and Ownership

You retain ownership of the designs, logos, artwork, images, text, and other materials that you submit, subject to any rights held by third parties.

When you submit a design or place an order, you grant SOGUE and the service providers working on our behalf a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to access, reproduce, adapt as technically necessary, transmit, and display that material only as reasonably needed to prepare mockups, confirm specifications, manufacture, quality-check, package, and deliver the products or services you request.

We do not acquire ownership of your submitted design merely because you provide it to us.

2. Use of Designs for Marketing

We will not assume that a design may be used in public marketing simply because it was submitted for production. If SOGUE would like to display your finished product, design, team name, or project in advertising, social media, samples, or promotional materials, we will seek your permission where required or appropriate.

If you separately provide written permission for promotional use, the scope of that permission will be governed by the agreement or consent you give. You may tell us if a project is confidential before submitting it or before approving production.

3. Your Rights and Permissions

By submitting a design, you confirm that you own it or have obtained all permissions, licenses, and authorizations needed for the requested use and production. You also confirm, to the best of your knowledge, that the design and its use:

  • Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, design rights, trade secrets, or other intellectual property rights.
  • Do not violate any person's privacy, publicity, or likeness rights.
  • Do not contain unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful material.
  • Are not subject to an unresolved ownership or rights dispute that would prevent the requested use.

Finding, downloading, purchasing, or receiving an image or logo does not by itself mean you have permission to reproduce it on customized products.

4. Images of Identifiable People

If a submitted design includes an identifiable person, you confirm that you have the consent or other legal basis needed to use that person's image for the requested purpose. If the person is under 18, you must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian where required.

Please avoid including unnecessary personal details, such as a person's home address, in artwork or files submitted for production.

5. Review, Refusal, and Removal

Uploading a file does not mean that SOGUE has verified its ownership, authorization, or legal status. You remain responsible for the materials you submit.

We may review designs in connection with an order, ask for evidence of authorization, decline a design, pause production or shipment, or remove or restrict access to material where we reasonably believe there may be a rights issue or legal obligation. If you cannot provide satisfactory evidence of permission when reasonably requested, we may be unable to proceed with the order.

Please keep your own backup copies of all designs and source files. We cannot guarantee that uploaded files will remain available indefinitely.

6. Responsibility for Claims

You are responsible for ensuring that the designs and materials you submit are authorized for the requested use. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you may be responsible for losses, costs, or claims arising from your breach of this policy, your lack of required permissions, or your unlawful use of third-party material.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited under applicable law.

7. SOGUE Website Content and Trademarks

Website text, photographs, graphics, layouts, templates, artwork, fonts, and other site content are owned by SOGUE or its licensors, unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, publish, distribute, modify, or use this content commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law allows it.

Third-party names, logos, and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this website does not imply sponsorship, affiliation, or endorsement. SOGUE's own names, logos, and marks may not be used in a way that suggests an unauthorized relationship or endorsement.

8. Questions or Rights Concerns

If you believe that material on our website or used in connection with an order infringes your intellectual property rights, contact us with enough information for us to understand and review the concern. Please include a description of the work, the relevant page or product details, your contact information, and evidence of ownership or authorization where available.
