1. Use of the Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others, interfere with the operation of the website, or restrict other visitors from using it.

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the website, its systems, or other users' information.
  • Do not upload or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, threatening, abusive, or harmful material.
  • Do not interfere with website security or introduce malicious code.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue website content or features when reasonably necessary.

2. Intellectual Property and Website Content

Unless otherwise stated, website text, graphics, photographs, logos, layouts, and other content are owned by SOGUE or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use this content commercially without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits.

Any third-party trademarks or logos displayed on the website remain the property of their respective owners.

For rules concerning customer-submitted designs and artwork, please also review our Intellectual Property Rights page.

3. Quotes, Orders, and Payment

Product details, quantities, prices, currency, payment terms, and any applicable shipping charges will be confirmed in the quotation, invoice, order confirmation, or other written agreement for the relevant order.

  • An inquiry or quotation request does not by itself mean an order has been accepted.
  • Orders are subject to written confirmation by our team.
  • Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment must be received before production begins.
  • If you request changes after an order has been confirmed, we will advise whether the changes are possible and whether they affect the price or schedule.

If these website terms conflict with specific written terms agreed for an order, the specific written order terms will govern that order to the extent of the conflict.

4. Custom Designs and Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that any logo, name, number, artwork, photograph, or other material you submit may lawfully be used for your requested products.

  • You confirm that you own the submitted material or have permission to use it and authorize us to use it as needed to prepare your design proof and fulfill your order.
  • You must check the spelling, names, numbers, colors, sizes, logos, and other details shown in the design proof and order information before approving them.
  • We may decline or request changes to material that we reasonably believe is unlawful, infringes another party's rights, or is otherwise inappropriate.

Customer-submitted artwork remains the customer's property. We use it to prepare and produce the requested order, subject to any separate written agreement.

5. Product Appearance and Design Approval

Digital proofs and screen previews are intended to show the proposed design. Colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, materials, printing processes, and production conditions.

Please review and approve the proof and specifications carefully. Production will be based on the details approved or otherwise confirmed in writing. Any change requested after approval may require our written agreement and could affect cost or lead time.

6. Production, Shipping, and Delivery

Production and delivery estimates are provided for planning and may vary depending on order details, proof approval, payment, material availability, shipping services, customs processing, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping methods, charges, delivery address, and any order-specific arrangements will be confirmed during the order process. Please provide accurate contact and delivery information and notify us promptly if it changes.

Any customs duties, import taxes, or destination charges, where applicable, should be clarified with our team before ordering and may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because custom sportswear is made to the specifications of an order, cancellation or return options may be limited once production has started. Requests involving a possible production error or damaged goods will be reviewed under our applicable policy.

Please read our Return Policy for reporting timeframes, eligibility, and the process for requesting a review. If you need to change or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible; we cannot guarantee changes after production has begun.

8. Privacy and Information

We use the information you provide to respond to inquiries, prepare quotations, communicate about orders, and provide our services. Please avoid submitting personal information that is not needed for your request.

For more details about how information may be handled, please read our Security & Privacy page.

9. Limitation and Availability

We aim to keep website information accurate and available, but product details, images, descriptions, and website features may change over time. Website content is provided for general information and does not replace the specific written terms of an accepted order.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SOGUE is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

10. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The updated version will be published on this page with the revised content. Your continued use of the website after an update means you accept the updated terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
